Primary responsibilities will be at PPS PMO level and will include co-Leading strategic PMO initiatives involving multiple segments to drive improvements in PM organizational excellence and project performance. Work with Segment and Function leaders to improve current Project Management Processes and to develop new programs and processes in accordance with QMS standards. Seek improved processes and tools to improve PM execution and empower the PM community. Act as a liaison between the PMO and Supporting Functions. Support PPS drive for a culture of Project Management Excellence through development & implementation of effective PM process and tool training. Support Power Plant Systems training & development program to drive consistent process execution.
