Responsibilities Accounting for Disability Admin spend Accounting for the GE Affiliate Medical Plan Assist in the management of on-going financial relationship with various external Healthcare Suppliers, including financial reporting requirements, variance analysis and account reconciliations Compilation of Annual Healthcare billing to GE Disposed Businesses Financial support on various projects for Manager of Finance and GE Corporate Operating Leaders Identify and lead quality projects to improve data accuracy, controllership and achieve cost productivity Interact with GE Corporate Audit Staff and external auditors on financial process reviews Lead Corporate compliance initatives such as Session D, S-ox, and Preclose processes Lead HC Accounting team in Business Transition initiatives (M&A) Maintain the Healthcare Accounting Finance Database utilized for financial review and cost projections Manage GE's Health & Welfare Financial Statement and 5500 filing process
