This position will mnage the warranty process and will lead / facilitate technical and service projects to manage warranty costs and drive risk management. Essential Responsibilities Lead team of Warranty Claim Specialists in the Americas Pole. Support Vendor Recovery Team and Top Issues Management Team. Support Customer Management Team in warranty closure negotiation preparation. Work closely with Product Service Engineering Team and Fleet Support. Own and maintain LD Process for units under Warranty. Own and maintain Warranty Process and Warranty Guideline with the global team. Full Integration of PG Warranty Management Process. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Engineering or Finance from an accredited institution.
