We’re looking for a proven, goal-driven manager with strong sales management skills and a winning attitude. The job encompasses a broad range of skills, most particularly the ability to successfully lead and manage a sales team. Strong candidates will show a penchant for tracking and forecasting sales growth, and an ability to adjust operations constantly to maximize performance.Key responsibilities include: • Growing paid circulation through all methods of acquisition and retention • Sales management of a five-person team • Selling of volume license subscription packages • Sales presentations to companies and organizations on how to successfully utilize the Business Journal • Development and implementation of grassroots marketing programs including association partnerships along with other guerilla marketing strategies • Departmental budgeting, analysis and tracking
