Job Title: Store Manager Department: Operations Reports To: District Manager SUMMARY The Store Manager is accountable to the District Manager and is responsible for directing and managing store staff to protect company assets, maintaining store conditions, presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits, customer relations, associate relations through proper controls such as sanitation, merchandising, payroll and record keeping.
